DSD Syllabus 2017/2018 .Assessment Process base on these SLO.Mostly Teachers main Question is Syllabus of primary level changed.

Month: APRIL GRADE-2

1 ? Articulate, identify and differentiate between the sounds of
individual letters, digraphs and trigraphs in initial and final positions in a word.
i) Write ordinal numbers from first to twentieth.
2 ? Identify, recognize and articulate more sight words. Identify the position of objects using ordinal numbers such as first, second , …., tenth, including representations 1st, 2nd, etc
3 ? Read aloud words and simple sentences with reasonable level of accuracy in pronunciation. ii) Write numbers 1 – 100 in words.
4 Locate:
• Specific simple information in a clock (by the hour) by looking
at the position of the hands of the clock.
• Month and day in a calendar by reading across and down.
ii) Identify the place value of a specific digit in a 3-digit number.
5 Write simple two / three syllable words with correct spellings.
Leave spaces between words.
Compare numbers from 1 to 20 to identify ‘How much more’ one is from the other?
6 Identify / classify words that begin with consonant or vowel sounds. iii) Compare 2- or 3-digit numbers (hundreds, tens and ones).
7 Match spoken words with the written words. iv) Read numbers up to 999.
8 v) Write numbers up to 999 in numerals.
9 viii) Arrange numbers up to 999, written in mixed form, in increasing or decreasing order.
ISLAMIYAT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
1 طلباء اللہ تعالی وحدہ لا شریک ہے کا تصور اور صرف اسی کی عبادت کے مستحق ہونے کے بارے میں بخوبی آگاہ ہو چکے  ہیں Recognize that Almighty ‘Allah gives us innumerable blessings/Bounties (home, family, food etc.).
طلباء تصور نبوت و رسالت اور ابتدائے رسالت و اختتام رسالت سے  آگاہ ہو چکے  ہیں Recognize that everyone should thank Almighty ‘Allah for His blessings/Bounties.

1 سن کر پڑھنے کے لئے تیار ہو سکے یا ساتھ ساتھ پڑھنے کے قابل ہو سکے Recognize the map of Pakistan.
2 سن کر ساتھ ساتھ کہانی یا عبارت کو بلند آواز میں بول سکے یا دہرا سکے Name the four provinces of Pakistan.
3 اپنا نام لکھ سکے Narrate the major events in the life of Quaid-e­Azam (date of birth, founder of Pakistan, few major contributions, and the date when he died).
4 بے ترتیب الفاظ سے جملہ مرتب کر سکے Recognize the significance of the national flag
5 نظم و نثر میں امتیاز کر کے پڑھ سکے Draw the flag of Pakistan.

7 Recognize that all countries have a flag.
8 Recognize that many families living in a locality make a neighborhood.

Month: MAY GRADE-2

1 طلباء طہارت کی اہمیت ، قسموں اور طریقو ں سے   بخوبی آگاہ ہو چکے  ہیں Identify what makes their neighborhood dirty.
طلباء رسول اللہ کی پرورش اور بچپن کے بارے مین بخوبی آگاہ ہو چکے  ہیں List the ways by which they can keep their neighborhood clean.
URDU Recognize that the people of Pakistan live in villages and cities.
1 بے ترتیب الفاظ سے جملہ مرتب کر سکے Identify key characteristics of a village (buildings, facilities, noise and the work people do).
2 الفبائی ترتیب سے الفاظ کو درج کر سکے Identify key characteristics of a city.
3 ذرا طویل گفتگو یا بات سن کر اس کے باہمی ربط سے متعلق سمجھ سکے تا کہ  مخصوص ردعمل کا اظہار کر سکے Compare village and city life.
4 سن کر اپنے ردعمل کا زبانی اظہار کر سکے List some of the common vocations/professions of a village / city (cobbler, musician, tailor, butcher etc.).
5 تصویر دیکھ کر اشیا ء کے نام لکھ سکے Identify some traffic rules.
6 روز مرہ اردو بول چال میں حصہ لے سکے اور اسے اپنی عادت ثانیہ بنا سکے Identify the safety rules they should follow while walking on the road, crossing a road, traveling by a bus.
7 نظم و نثر میں امتیاز کر کے پڑھ سکے Recognize the importance of fasting for people of all faiths.
8 Recognize that people of all faiths fast at different times of the year.
9 Recognize that Ramazan is the month of fasting for Muslims.
10 Identify what Muslims do during the month of Ramazan.
Month: AUGUST GRADE-2

URDU Identify other cultural and religious festivals celebrated in their village/city
1 بے ترتیب الفاظ سے جملہ مرتب کر سکے Recognize that just like parents head a family, a principal runs a school; there are people who take responsibility for their village/city.
2 الفبائی ترتیب سے الفاظ کو درج کر سکے Recognize that natural environment comprises living and non- living things.
3 اردو میں لکھے ہوئے کسی بھی پیغام کو پڑھ سکے Name some natural resources.

Month: SEPTEMBER GRADE-2

3 Say one or more sentences about them. iv) Subtract ones from 3-digit numbers without borrowing.
4 Write numbers from 1 to 50 in words. v) Subtract 2-digit numbers from 3-digit numbers without borrowing.
5 List items of a similar category from a given text/pictures. vi) Subtract 3-digit numbers from 3-digit numbers without borrowing.
6 Recognize and classify into different categories, some simple
action and naming words from pictures and immediate
surrounding e.g. animals, fruits, vegetables, parts of body,
objects in the classroom and at home, colours, shapes, directions
(left/ right) and numbers in words (cardinal and ordinal 1-10) etc.
Fill up the equation, such as 9 − ∆∆= 7, with real life examples.
7 Identify and change the number of simple naming words by
adding or removing s and es.
Recognize money change (up to 100) to its equivalent denominations.
8 Identify and use more common action words. vii) Solve real life problems of subtraction without borrowing.
9 viii) Subtract ones from 3-digit numbers with borrowing.

1 طلبا ء کمرہ جماعت اور کسی کے گھر میں داخل ہونے کے لئے اجازت طلب کرنے کے بارے میں اسلامی تعلیمات بخوبی    سیکھ  چکے ہیں Recognize the importance of water for living things.
URDU Identify the natural sources of water.
1 واقعات یا کہانی سن کر اس قابل ہو سکے کہ مخصوص ردعمل کا اظہار کر سکے Identify the main sources of water in their locality.
2 سادہ عبارت ( نظم و نثر) کو سمجھ کر درست تلفظ کے ساتھ پڑ ھ سکے List the daily activities in which they use water.
3 اپنے گھر کا پتا لکھ سکے Recognize that clean water should be used for drinking purposes.
4 امرونہی اور منفی و سوالیہ جملے بنانا سیکھ سکے Name the plants that grow in their surroundings.
5 رموز اوقاف میں سوالیہ کا استعمال کر سکے Identify major parts of a plant.
6 نظم و نثر میں امتیاز کر کے پڑھ سکے List the functions of root, stem, leaf and flower.
7 مذ کر اور موئنث اسماء کی عام جمع بنا سکے جیسے گھو ڑا سے گھو ڑے Identify different kinds of leaves found around them.
8 Identify the roots that are eaten by the people.
9 Name the plants around them which have flowers and which do not have flowers.
10 Recognize that some plants grow from seeds.
11 Identify that soil and water is needed to grow a plant.
12 Identify the ways in which plants are used (food, clothing, shelter, etc.).
Month: OCTOBER GRADE-2

1 Read tables and charts in the classroom. i) Recognize and use multiplication symbol ‘×’.
2 ? Write name, phone number, and address. ii) Recognize multiplication as repeated addition (e.g. 2 + 2 + 2 = 6⇔3 times 2 = 3× 2 = 6 ).
3 Construct simple sentences of three/four to five/six words using
correct capitalization, punctuation and spellings.
iii) Complete number sequences in steps of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 (e.g. in steps of 2 the sequence is expressed as 2, 4, 6, …).
4 Identify and illustrate use of questioning words: what, who,
where, when, why.
iv) Develop multiplication tables of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 till the multiplication 10×10.
5 Use am, is, are with different substitution and pointing words in
short sentences to identify and describe a person, place and
thing e.g. I am . . .
v) Multiply numbers within multiplication table.
6 Recognize that a sentence ends with some form of punctuation,
i.e. full-stop and question mark or an exclamation mark.
i) Recognize and use division symbol ‘ ÷ ’.
7 ii) Recognize division as successive subtraction.
8 iii) Divide numbers within the multiplication tables with remainder zero.
9 Solve real life problems (using Pakistani currency as
well) involving addition, subtraction, multiplication
and division.
ISLAMIYAT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
1 طلباء ، والدین ، اساتذہ اور دیگر افراد کے تعاون کرنے پر ان کا شکریہ ادا    کرنے کے بارے میں اسلامی تعلیمات بخوبی    سیکھ  چکے ہیں List the animals they see in their surroundings (land, air and water.
URDU Recognize that animals living on land are different in features from those that live in air and water.
1 مکمل کلمہ اور مہمل جملے میں فرق جان سکے Recognize that all animals have young that grow into adults.
2 امرونہی اور منفی و سوالیہ جملے بنانا سیکھ سکے List the animals that feed their young and look after them until they are grown.
3 ذرا طویل گفتگو یا بات سن کر اس کے باہمی ربط  کو سمجھ کر اپنے ذاتی رد عمل کا اظہار کر سکے Recognize the importance of animals as source of food and transport.
4 کہانی، مکالمے، ڈرامے کو اس کے عناصر کے حوالے سے پڑھ سکے۔ تا ہم جہاں استاد محسٔوس کرے کہ بچوں کی ذہنی استعداد اس کے مطابق نہیں  وہاں وہ سادہ مطالعے کا طریقہ اختیار کرے Recognize that human being use the resources of the Earth to meet their needs (land for farming, river/ sea for fishing etc.).
5 مخصوص ذخیرہ الفاظ کی ابانی املاء کو تحریر کر سکے List major crops grown and animals reared in Pakistan.
6 Recognize that people process the crops they grow for making products (cotton to thread to cloth to garments).
7 Identify the natural source of common products sold in the market (biscuits made from wheat).
8 Identify the materials and tools used by people to construct buildings.
9 Identify famous buildings in the world from given pictures.
10 Identify different jobs/labour needed to construct buildings (masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc.).
Month: NOVEMBER GRADE-2

6 ? Copy rhyming words from a poem. Write more rhyming words. iii) Solve real life problems involving mass/ weight.
7 Make/write simple greeting cards:
• Draw illustrations to make greeting cards.
• Write names of addressee and sender.
• Write appropriate words and formulaic expressions.
i) Know the number of hours in a day and number of minutes in an hour.
8 Comprehend simple stories and poems read aloud in class. ii) Read and write the time from a clock in hours and minutes (with five minute intervals) e.g., read 8:15 as eight fifteen and 8:50 as eight fifty.
9 iii) Recognize a.m. and p.m.
10 iv) Draw hands of a clock to show time in hours and minutes (with five minute intervals).
11 v) Use solar calendar to find a particular date.
12 Name (orally) the solar months of the year.
ISLAMIYAT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
1 طلباء بعض اوقات ہونے والی غلطیوں  کا احساس اور ان پر معذرت  کرنے کے بارے میں اسلامی تعلیمات بخوبی    سیکھ  چکے ہیں Identify the ways human beings waste water.
URDU Identify problems caused by wastage of water.
1 سن کر اردو کی صحیح آوازوں اور تلفظ کا صحیح ادراک کر سکے Suggest ways to save water.
2 اردو میں سادہ الفاظ ، جملے درست آواز اور تلفظ کے ساتھ ادا کر سکے Recognize the importance of forests for them.
3 نظم و نثر میں امتیاز کر کے پڑھ سکے Identify sources of heat and light in their homes, school and surroundings.

7 Recognize that intensity of heat and light is felt more as they come nearer to the source.
8 Narrate events from the Biography/ Seerat of Hazarat Muhammad (Sallallah-u-ialaihi wa alihi wa sallam).
9 Narrate events from the life of Hazarat MOsa (AS) and Hazarat ‘Isa (AS).
10 Identify examples of good character from the life history of Hazarat Muhammad wa alihi wa sallam) (truthfulness, love, forgiveness).
Month: DECEMBER GRADE-2

ii) Identify straight and curved lines from the given line drawings.

ISLAMIYAT GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
1 طلباء آپس میں مل کر رہنے اور لڑائی جھگڑا کرنے اور گالی گلوچ سےپر ہیز  کےبارے میں اسلامی تعلیمات بخوبی    سیکھ  چکے ہیں Identify from given pictures and stories the ways in which people help each other (at home, in classroom, in village/city).
URDU Recognize what they say and do, can hurt others, and what others do and say, can hurt them (telling lies, pushing others, using derogatory words).
1 نظم و نثر میں امتیاز کر کے پڑھ سکے Identify ways in which we can redress the hurt caused to others (ask for forgiveness, say sorry, do something special for them etc.).
2 حروف جار کا صحیح استعمال کر سکے Recognize that when people hurt them, they have to forgive them.
3 تصویری کہانی پر بھی گفتگو کر سکے Identify fairness and unfairness in stories.
4 فطرت کے متعلق نظم و نثر سے لطف اٹھا سکے Identify ways of making unfair situations fair.
5 جملوں کو رموز اوقاف کے ساتھ نقل کر سکے Accept responsibility for treating others unfairly.
6 Change behaviour when it is shown to be unfair.
